the staff was friendly. my garden suite included a jacuzzi, and it remained clean and cool . the staff seemed concerned for my well-being (joy, the waitress, even checked on my back pain each day).
i noticed the absence of a pen to complete the survey in my room.

I loved the garden suite (it was really great). the staff were attentive. They seemed to enjoy looking after you. i hurt my back, and the waitress joy asked about my back every day. the bar staff ensured i had drinks. They brought them to our sun loungers.
i noticed some reviews that worried me a bit before i went.

the hotel sits on a gorgeous little island. boat transfers ensure easy access to the mainland. the water taxi service provides convenience for getting around.

the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. they always asked if you wanted a drink. even management helped with clearing plates and moving luggage.

the all-inclusive package includes most items with red or green dots. the thai restaurant is also included. a visible management presence ensured smooth operations.
